Respect and Dignity

Respect and Dignity

Lloyd Miller, Top Performer for the Month of April at McKenzie Sales & Leasing in Yorkton.

It was another productive month for Lloyd at McKenzie Sales & Leasing in Yorkton. His most memorable moment with customer this past month was selling an Impala to a repeat customer. The customer knew exactly what he wanted, and finally after a year of dealing with him, Lloyd was able to find the perfect car for him.

Lloyd has an extensive knowledge of vehicles, and this is trait he is proud to bring to his customers. Lloyd has gained his knowledge through online and in-store training, as well as from his own personal experiences.

As an individual salesperson, Lloyd believes in treating his clients, and all customers, with the respect and dignity each of them deserves. Regardless of their age, race, gender or financial background, everyone deserves to be treated equal in Lloyd’s eyes.

As a dealership, quality should be the main focus because it applies to everything. Everything should have a high level of quality; from the follow through, to product service and customer service.

Lloyd does a lot of extra service for his customers, and all of it starts from the moment he meets them. He spends a lot of time determining his customers’ needs and wants. And not just one or the other, he focuses on both the need and wants as a whole. It makes it easier for him to point them towards the right vehicle the first time around.

His services don’t end there either. Lloyd makes a strong effort in maintaining a solid follow-up with his clients. Whether it is just to say hello to them and ask how they’re new vehicle is treating them or to make sure that all of their service needs are being met.

For Lloyd, his customers are his number one priority and he makes no excuses in making them his number one priority either. That’s the way it should be.

Lloyd Miller’s Personal Thank You to His Customers!

“I would like to thank all my past and present customers. And to Mr. Bruce Axelson for giving me the opportunity to work for an excellent company and allowing me to do what I love.”

Winning Some Green and White

Winning Some Green and White

Lloyd Miller, Top Performer at McKenzie Sales and Leasing in Yorkton.

Lloyd and the rest of the team at McKenzie Sales and Leasing in Yorkton were glad to be back on top of things in March after having a couple of quiet months at the lot. Things started happening, it snowballed and things just kept moving forward.

Lloyd’s most memorable sales moment from the month of March was of a couple whom were so satisfying to deal with. He dealt with them for about three weeks, calling them about everything and they were so nice about it.

The most satisfying thing for Lloyd about this couple was how they didn’t give up or lose interest because he kept calling them about this or that. By the end of the three weeks the couple bought a nice 2008 Dodge Ram and won Roughrider season tickets.

Lloyd is a quiet man; he’s calm and friendly and his customers appreciate this about him and how he treats them. He has only been selling cars professionally for 2 years, but has been selling his own vehicles since he was 16 years old.

Lloyd Miller’s Personal Thank You Message to his Customers!

“I would like to thank all my past and present customers and
I look forward to helping them, their family and friends in the future.”

Jan 2010 Ban on Cell Phone Use in SK

Jan 2010 Ban on Cell Phone Use in SK

With the Holiday’s fast approaching, traffic will be picking up, and it is best to be prepared, not only for yourself, but for the benefit of others on the road.

Concerned about safety on the roads, the Saskatchewan Government has placed a ban on handheld cell phone use, effective January 1st, 2010. Other provinces, including Nova Scotia, Quebec, and Newfoundland, have already brought in similar bans.

The new law also prohibits drivers from texting, emailing or surfing the internet while driving.

The government said it wanted the law passed because distracted driving is a serious road safety issue. “Given the very compelling numbers, the danger that we know that it is, the increased risk of accident, I think it’s something we need to look at carefully and potentially bring legislation forward this fall,” said Premiere Brad Wall.  About one in four accidents in Saskatchewan are caused by distractions, the province says.
While experienced drivers will be allowed to use hands-free devices while driving, new drivers – those in the province’s Graduated Driver’s Licensing program – are banned from using any kind of cellphone on the road.
With this law coming into effect, we suspect some of you may have questions about hands-free devices. So, this month, we are spotlighting one of our personal favourite hands free systems: Microsoft’s “Sync”.

Think of Sync as a computer that manages music and communication devices that drivers carry into a car, but there’s nothing to see, since the system is embedded in the vehicle’s dash. Drivers use voice commands and buttons on the steering wheel to control a device. MP3 players are linked to the Sync with a USB port, while mobile phones are connected wirelessly via Bluetooth.

It integrates things like MP3 players into the system using voice recognition software. That means you can surf through your iPod’s playlist with voice commands. It will also read text messages from your phone aloud, even translating abbreviations, like LOL. Plus, it’s multilingual for English, French and Spanish!
Sync is available in a wide range of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, coming as standard equipment in some, including the 2008 Ford Edge we have parked in our showroom (Yorkton’s largest!).

If you find yourself out and about in beautiful downtown Yorkton, be sure to stop into 134 Broadway Street East, and check out Microsoft Sync first hand.

And don’t forget to ask about “Cash for Christmas”!

With all of this in mind, the Management and staff at McKenzie Sales and Leasing Yorkton, would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season!
