On top of the world and a cut above the rest – well at least down here at McKenzie Sales & Leasing Saskatoon in May he was! Steve-Vo, as he likes to be called, has worked hard this month and hit his target.

April was another busy month down here at the McKenzie’s Saskatoon location as Chantelle and Kenneth battled tooth and nail right to the bitter end! Nothing split them in their quest of being TOP Performer of the Month.
Chantelle and Kenneth and all the gang would like to thank all their customers for helping us have another great month.
We at McKenzie’s are doing everything in our power to go the the extra mile and be that dealership that adds the ketchup on everything! When I say ketchup I mean the extra service not a car full of KETCHUP unless you catch Ryan on the BBQ – when the weather is warm you will find us cooking up a storm and selling vehicles!

The month of March was certainly a great one here at McKenzie Sales and Leasing in Yorkton. The weather was on our side, people were out and about cruising the lot in pursuit of great deals, and McKenzie’s was definitely the place to find them!
Just ask Brian and Barb Decker, of Spy Hill, Saskatchewan. The Decker’s were in need of a new truck. They own their own janitorial business, so not only did the truck need to suit their personal lives, but it had to fit into their professional life, as well.
To sweeten the deals in March, we gave everyone who test drove a vehicle a Wal-Mart gift card valued at up to $1000, and, if you purchased a vehicle, you had your name entered for a chance to win Saskatchewan Roughrider’s Season Tickets!
It was a slow but steady process helping the Decker’s find the truck that was just right for them, but with the help of Lloyd, our top performer in the month of March, two weeks into the search the Decker’s were driving away in their new 2008 Dodge Ram 1500.
A few days later, they received a follow up call from Lloyd, telling them to cancel their plans of sitting on hold with Ticketmaster, as they had won the Roughrider’s Season Tickets! They were ecstatic, to say the least, and are now busy planning a road trip to the first game in their new Dodge Ram!

Mother Nature has been pretty good to us this winter, but none the less, we are ready for spring, we’re ready for sunroofs and t-shirts! We’re ready to see some green!
Spring is all about “green”. Green grass, green buds on the trees, and these days, green in the driveway.
A green car is one that is more energy-efficient than average, or one in which the manufacturer has made a special effort to develop innovative new technology. An energy-efficient car will save you money on fuel, and save the world’s limited energy resources. The price of petrol and diesel are rising all the time, and will most likely continue to do so.
There are hundreds of cars out there to choose from, and depending on your choice, you could end up with a car that averages 25 mpg or 50 mpg. In other words, you could slash your fuel bills in half by choosing the right vehicle. One thing that we understand, however, is that not every familyfits into a smart car, or can afford a hybrid SUV. So we want to show you what we believe to be a sensible “in-between”, the 2009 Hyundai Sonata.
The Sonata is powered by a 2.4L engine, which achieves 175 horsepower, so while you have more than enough power, you won’t have to stop and refuel every time you pass a vehicle. In fact, you will be able to cruise past a fair amount of gas stations, as the Sonata is rated at an amazing 46 mpg on the highway!
While they seem to have fuel efficiency figured out, it is safety that is Hyundai’s first priority. Front, side, and curtain airbags, as well as ABS, are standard on every trim level.
Classified as a midsize sedan, the Sonata’s interior is, in reality, only 2.2 cubic feet smaller than that of a standard large size sedan, such as a Chrysler 300. You will have plenty of room for the family, and everything that comes along with it, be it pets, hockey gear, or a few friends for a
sleepover.

Yorkton, Sk was home to an extremely happy family earlier this December. Tom, Kim and the Leader family were ecstatic over the purchase of their 2009 Dodge Charger but when they got to pick from the “Cash for Christmas” tree and won $1000 they hit the roof!
