You’ll Feel Welcome Here

You’ll Feel Welcome Here

Tracy Emperingham, Top Performer for the Month of April at McKenzie Sales and Leasing in Regina.

The past month has been a lot of welcome people back to McKenzie’s and welcoming new clientele into the Buy Here, Pay Here Program for Tracy.

Helping people who desperately need a vehicle is what the Buy Here, Pay Here Program is all about. And Tracy spent and had a good time welcoming people into this program. McKenzie’s helps finance those who need a vehicle when no one else will.

Tracy also had a lot of returning customers who were coming in for upgrades. She helped a lot of people who originally wanted maybe an SUV or a truck get one, when before they had to get a car because of certain circumstances. Helping and treating your returning clients, as well as your new ones, well is an important aspect for a business.

Going the extra step for your clients is another important thing when it comes to good customer service. Tracy and the team at McKenzie here in Regina make the experience for customers easier by helping out with some of the leg work.

They really step up to the plate when clients get frustrated over trying to get the required information from Human Resources departments. The McKenzie team will help out by helping make some of those calls for them. Easing the pressure for the customer is something Tracy takes pride in.

It is also important to welcome and interact with everyone that comes in. People often bring in support in the form of family or a friend if they’re nervous or for added input. Tracy makes an effort to not just focus on the applicant, but to also make the other person or people present welcome as well, by including them in questions or in answers.

Customer service is what the team at McKenzie Sales and Leasing in Regina are all about and that shows in the satisfaction of their present and returning customers.

Tracy’s Personal Thank You to her Customers!

“Welcome back past and present and future customers! We’re here to help!”

The McKenzie Sales and Leasing Management would also like recognize Devin Regeir for his outstanding performance this past month as well. He not only catered to his own clientele, but went above and beyond to help out others.

Respect and Dignity

Respect and Dignity

Lloyd Miller, Top Performer for the Month of April at McKenzie Sales & Leasing in Yorkton.

It was another productive month for Lloyd at McKenzie Sales & Leasing in Yorkton. His most memorable moment with customer this past month was selling an Impala to a repeat customer. The customer knew exactly what he wanted, and finally after a year of dealing with him, Lloyd was able to find the perfect car for him.

Lloyd has an extensive knowledge of vehicles, and this is trait he is proud to bring to his customers. Lloyd has gained his knowledge through online and in-store training, as well as from his own personal experiences.

As an individual salesperson, Lloyd believes in treating his clients, and all customers, with the respect and dignity each of them deserves. Regardless of their age, race, gender or financial background, everyone deserves to be treated equal in Lloyd’s eyes.

As a dealership, quality should be the main focus because it applies to everything. Everything should have a high level of quality; from the follow through, to product service and customer service.

Lloyd does a lot of extra service for his customers, and all of it starts from the moment he meets them. He spends a lot of time determining his customers’ needs and wants. And not just one or the other, he focuses on both the need and wants as a whole. It makes it easier for him to point them towards the right vehicle the first time around.

His services don’t end there either. Lloyd makes a strong effort in maintaining a solid follow-up with his clients. Whether it is just to say hello to them and ask how they’re new vehicle is treating them or to make sure that all of their service needs are being met.

For Lloyd, his customers are his number one priority and he makes no excuses in making them his number one priority either. That’s the way it should be.

Lloyd Miller’s Personal Thank You to His Customers!

“I would like to thank all my past and present customers. And to Mr. Bruce Axelson for giving me the opportunity to work for an excellent company and allowing me to do what I love.”

Winning Some Green and White

Winning Some Green and White

Lloyd Miller, Top Performer at McKenzie Sales and Leasing in Yorkton.

Lloyd and the rest of the team at McKenzie Sales and Leasing in Yorkton were glad to be back on top of things in March after having a couple of quiet months at the lot. Things started happening, it snowballed and things just kept moving forward.

Lloyd’s most memorable sales moment from the month of March was of a couple whom were so satisfying to deal with. He dealt with them for about three weeks, calling them about everything and they were so nice about it.

The most satisfying thing for Lloyd about this couple was how they didn’t give up or lose interest because he kept calling them about this or that. By the end of the three weeks the couple bought a nice 2008 Dodge Ram and won Roughrider season tickets.

Lloyd is a quiet man; he’s calm and friendly and his customers appreciate this about him and how he treats them. He has only been selling cars professionally for 2 years, but has been selling his own vehicles since he was 16 years old.

Lloyd Miller’s Personal Thank You Message to his Customers!

“I would like to thank all my past and present customers and
I look forward to helping them, their family and friends in the future.”

Welcome back, Mark – McKenzie’s Yorkton Used Cars In Yorkton

Welcome back, Mark – McKenzie’s Yorkton Used Cars In Yorkton

With the start of November, we are pleased to announce that we have our full time detailer, Mark, back in the showroom!

Mark takes time off in the summer months to work for the Department of Highways, and returns each winter to help us achieve our goal of having the cleanest used vehicles in Yorkton.  It instills a certain sense of confidence in our Sales Associates to know that each and every vehicle they present is going to be looking its showroom quality best.

During a Saskatchewan winter, it sometimes takes a little more time and effort to keep your vehicle looking great. We’re lucky to have Mark’s expertise and dedication to excellence and it shows in our vehicles. You can check out all our used vehicles for sale in Yorkton, you can see from the photos he does a great job!

Here, Mark offers some take home advice for the new car owner:

1. It is a good idea to clean more on the parts of your car that you use or touch the most; places such as the seat belt, driver’s door handle, steering wheel, and your shifter

2. When your windshield starts blurring when you turn the wipers on, dampen a cloth or rag with some full-strength white vinegar and run it down the full length of each blade once or twice

3. For detail cleaning on the dashboard, the best thing to use is a soft paint brush, as it gets into all the grooves

4. If you live in a cold climate, chances are pretty good you have managed to stain your carpeting in your vehicle with salt. Take a clean spray bottle and mix 1 cup white vinegar with 1 cup warm water. Next, saturate the area with the solution. Take a clean towel (not your best ones!) and press it over the carpeting, drawing the liquid up. Repeat until the stain is gone

Always check your owner’s manual for any type of restrictions for cleaning specific parts. It is better to be sure now about what is safe to clean, then to find you made an awful mistake later on.

Even in his off-time, Mark takes the time to stop in the showroom and say hello, sometimes bringing baked goods from his wife, Denise, and other times, just bringing himself, and his great sense of humour.

His dedication to the McKenzie’s group, combined with a love of vehicles, and a knack for getting in to every little nook and cranny, makes him irreplaceable in our eyes.

Thank you, Mark, for all that you do.
